Understanding the different personality types of your employees can lead to a happier environment for all. The trend usually is the happier employees are, the more productive they become which leads to better patient care and a more smoothly run practice.
The world would be a boring place if we all thought the same way, reacted in the same way and viewed situations with the same perspective. Peoples personalities reflect and inflluence our attitude towards others and the way we do our jobs.
Not everyone communicates in the same way, so knowing how your employees think in conjunction with their personality type can determine how you communicate with them. Do alittle research on personality types, try fitting your employees into the appropriate catagory and see if it changes the way you manage the office and understand your employees.
